We've had 5 major crashes in the 7 days since we upgraded, all with this error message:
mysql_connect(): Can't create a new thread (errno 11). If you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug

We had been stable for months before hand. We did not change our setup in anyway and have tons of excess capacity. I've found very few results searching for this on these boards. Any thoughts?
