Possible to mass move Secondary users from usergroup?

i have a usergroup in which registered users are added to. they are then listed as a secondary users to this new usergroup. i have since changed the promotion requirement and would like to remove all secondary users of this usergroup... is it possible to do this to multiple accounts rather then one by one?

If you delete a usergroup, all the users are reset to the default registered usergroup.
