i need help

i have a db backup of 3.5.1 taken via vbulletin admin panel.
in the end it sais, ### VBULLETIN DATABASE DUMP COMPLETED ###, so it's not corrupted. i also have the files of 3.5.1

can anyone restore my forum?
is it possible?
i can give access to cpanel / ftp, also provide you with the name of the database and the db user/pass to access it.

i've tried and done my best, yet also can do nothing.
for example, when trying via phpmyadmin, i get

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/libraries/read_dump.lib.php on line 91

and i tried this with 6mbit internet connection

file is in .sql format, and it is 16 mb


i know nothin' else to do

ok, i uploaded via phpmyadmin another backup, which is most recent (not unfortunately the one i want) and it's in name.gz format, gizipped. and it worked correctly (expected as it is only 3 mb)!

now, is there anyway to compress my name.sql file to name.gz?
