Seperate the new forums

The first forum I added automatically did the blue bar but the rest I added didn't. Here is my forum for an idea of what the heck I'm talking about. http://www.savegashouston.com/forums/

The first forum "Destination: Downtown" is the way I want "Destination: University of Houston" to look.

In the ACP, you need to set the forum as a category. You set it up as a child forum. Setting it as a category means it has no parent forum.
