EMAIL problems

Hello

Everytime a person joins my forum, they should recieve the email confirmation but they don't recieve it why is that? What can I do about it??? Please help. I have to manually change the status from users awaiting email confirmation to registred users and I have disable the option of sending the email because it doesn't send it to them !

Hmm, did you tell your members to check out their spam box?

Does the e-mail test there work for you?
