Upload File from an URL - INVALID URL ??!!

hello guys
I am trying to use the upload file from URL feature but I get an INVALID URL why is that ??? I get this ..

http://www.myDomain.com/ftp/Mohammad Noori By Tihoo.zip:
Invalid URL

even though its the right URL cuz I can download from it... and the file size is 55MB and my php.ini max upload fiile is 100MB... so what could it be

It could be a timeout, or try adding "%20" instead of spaces.
