Logging Out Error

When I log out, an error message appears saying "An error has occured. Click here to log out."

This happens when I click both log out buttons at the top and botom of the page.

How can I resolve this problem?

EDIT: That woked but now all of the adverts at the top and bottom of the page have disappeared!

You'' have to add back any code that you originally added.
