Swap the thead and tcat bar around?

How do i swap the thead (The bar that says Forums, Last Post etc..) and tcat bar (The bar that says the catergory name) around?

Do you mean the class, so the colors change? Or do you mean to put it below the title of the forum, to actually swap the whole row?
