Multiple 'Text to Replace' entries for same smilies?

Is it possible to add more than one 'Text to Replace' entry for the same smilies?

The reason I want to do something like this is that I had to keep many duplicate smilies after importing from phpbb. I would like to eliminate them if possible. If not, is there a better way?I want to keep all the old smilies, and not a bunch of : smile : around for example.

There is no feature to do that. You have to create multiple smilie records, one for each replacement text.
