Title says it all pretty much. I set a user to the Administrators usergroup as his primary group yet he does not show up under Administrator permissions.

Hello,
I promoted a regular user to an Administrator but when he logs in to the forum he does not see the administrator bar at the top. Currently only the Primary User gets to see that....Sat 12 Jan '13, 8:15am -
User ID 1 is able to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP..
User ID 2 receives a No Permissions error when attempting to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP.
