How can i subscribe forums to my staff members?

i would like to subscribe my staff members to forums so that they receive PM's AND emails if/when a thread is created in or moved to said forum. is this possible at all? i would also like for them to NOT be able to remove such a subscription.

You can edit the moderator and select 'receive new email for new threads: yes'.

thank you... i had always glanced right by that option in the forum moderation section. does this also take into account threads which are created elsewhere but moved into said section? now assuming they never check their email or just delete it, is it also possible to configure something similar for PMs? bascially... i want them to become annoyed to the point that they do their "job" by organizing this one section i have... so they'll get new emails AND PMs each day until they take care of it.
