Post options gone

This may be caused by a Style?

When someone writes a new post, in that screen there are no options...

such as..

[quote] [url] [img] [b] [i] [etc]

Is there somewhere I can place these in, carry them over from default or whatnot?

The new style probably doesnt have the following 'images' installed therefore they dont show up. Try importing these 'images' from another style.
