Moving from vB 3.03 to vB 3.5.2 on a different server with a different domain name

I'm moving from vB 3.03 to vB 3.5.2 on a different server with a different domain name. What is the best way to go about this? Should I use the Impex program or is there an easier and better way? I have absolutely no experience with databases or shell access. Is there a service I can pay for to have someone do this for me?

You can use impex if you want, but if you want someone from our staff to do this you can start a new support ticket and we will look into it.

Is there a charge for this service? Also I should mention that my current board is also running vBadvanced CMPS and lots of other mods. I was thinking I would install the new board with all of the mods first, then import the database, does that sound like the best way to do things?
