IP banning question

Does the wildcard banning option allow for something like *.ru or *.sa for banning any IP ending in those characters?

The IP banning option doesn't do host names, only IP addresses of the form:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Where each octet is a number between 1 and 255. You can ban IP ranges by specifying partial IPs.
