How do I edit my "welcome message"

How do I edit the automatic email message that users recieve once they sign up for the forums? (the one that is sent their email box)

Also,

How do I edit the font at the top of the forums that by default displays,

"If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. "

How do I edit that as well?

You need to edit the phrase first_visit_message:

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search Phrases -> Enter first_visit -> Click 'Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name' -> Click find -> Click the Edit button
