banned @AOL.COM & @AIM.COM?

Hello,

Since AOL is blocking my emails. I decided to block @AOL.COM & @AIM.COM email address from registering to my message board.

My question is to the few that are registered with @AOL.COM email address. Can they login to their accounts and change their email address?

How do you know they are being blocked? It is common for emails sent from the vB system (registration, notifications, etc.) to be caught by ALO's spam blocker and placed the person's "junk" email folder.

You have no way of knowing. The emails are being blocked / filtered by the receiving end.
