Looking for something

Im currently trying to customize the default theme but changing colours and gradients. I was wondering if anybody had an image or a document that showed which was what on the forum index. By that i mean lets say in the styles manager it would say 'header' and on the picture it would have a picture of the index forum with an arrow pointing to wherever that part is. IF you know what i mean then speak up. I need help making this as easy as possible.

Thanks Alot. That helped me ALOT! Im having problems changing some things still. Check out www.gameonlock.com/vb and help me out if you can. w/e is still not red/grey/white i still need to change.
