URGENT HELP NEEDED: Paid Subscription Issue

I have set up a paid subscription on other forums before and have all been successful but im having issues with one i have just done.

I have just set one up on www.phonetradeforum.com but when the user pays, it does not change their usergroup, everything is set correctly, please advise what could be going wrong, i understand in 3.5, we do not need to do anything in paypal...?

I need help on this asap as people are signing up and having issues...

Whenever something is "urgent" and you have not significantly modified your forum, you may open a Priority Support Ticket requesting tech support directly from Jelsoft.
