Edit function inside thread is not working

it simply does not work - members and admins have to right click onto the edit button, open it in a new window then edit

Are you using the default and original vBulletin style and templates?

using most of them, we have the Oivar skin applied, and I think 13 altered templates

Try adding a new style with no parrent, which will force the default style to be shown.

Change to this style, do you still have the same problems?
