    SMTP Error message

I am unable to get my forum mail working at all. I am on a windows server. I can't even send email to an account on my own domain. I have been working on this with my hosting provider. Everything is setup corrected on the forum "says them", this is the error message I get when I send a test message:

"Warning: Unexpected response from SMTP server during TO address transmission in \includes\class_mail.php on line 520"

    Message from hosting company:

At this point, the problems seems to be the way the script handles the inputted TO email address. This is the error message I'm getting when I send to my own email address

    I really need some help.

    Thanks in Advance,
    John

Through doing a quick search of the forums, as I do not know the answer to your problem, Steve tends to direct people to their Server Logs to find out exactly what problem occurred.

They (My hosting company) is not seeing anything in the log files. And one more question : I am running vBulletin Version 3.5.1, I am sure you are going to tell me to upgrade to 3.5.2. Can you please provide me some feedback on the upgrade process? Any known issues. I do have a few modules loaded and vbPhoto. I could use some advise.

      This is my forum:
