Getting this error when I click the manage attachments button

Fatal error: vB_Upload_Attachment: Attachment cache not specfied. Can not continue. in /includes/class_upload.php on line 486

when I actually go to upload something it spits this error at me. ^

I'm running 3.5.2

What attachment prefix is this and have you checked the extensions settings?

The error comes up before I even click to browse to a file to upload...

I just tried with the plugin/hook disabled and same thing

I have no direct php file edits

AdminCP > Attachments > Exntesions and Sizes > Edit one and save.
