Polls are 'public' by default

Most polls my forum holds it's nice for everyone to know who voted, with a few exceptions.

However the current poll system is set up that polls are anonmous by default and only public if you tick a box.

Would there be an easy way to reverse this options to polls default to public?

Edit this section of the newpoll template and add the part in red:

will this make it so all are public? or that you can still make private polls, but the option is private, not public?

You can still mark them private, but by default they'll be public.
