Messages to all members

Vbulletin is great system...
But..there is something missing(or i wasn't able to find a way to do it)

Is there any way to send private messages to all members?
Is there any way to send an email to all members?

Email to all members is already available in the AdminCP. There's a hack over on vbulletin.org to allow PMs to all members.

You can send email to all users
Go To
Admin Control Panel ---> Users------> Send Mail to users

You don't even need your admicp for that, you simply give yourself permission to send mass pm and you can chose between regular pm and mass pm upon sending a pm ... if you know what i mean
