Promotions not promoting.

Title says it all.

I have made 5 usergroup promotions based on post count.

None are promoting automatically. forum is default set to check every hour for promotion changes.

Anyone able to help with how to instructions..thanks.

Are you sure they've got the required reputation level and amount of days joined which you set in the adminCP?

Reputation set to 0
Days registered set to 0

Promotion strategy set to Post count only.

Have these users visited since the last time the promotion ran?

Yes, one member was on a post count of 980, she had 20 posts to go to be promoted. IE: 1000.

She posted above the 1000, we waited overnight to see if she was promoted, she came on the next day and posted again, I had to promote her manually in the end.
