    Unable to upload attachments

When a user tries to upload attachments it is giving this error:

    Upload Errors
    image.jpg:
Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment

I moved servers a few weeks ago, it seems the old members cannot upload but the new members are able to upload pictures. Can someone please help me on this.

    Thanks!

Are you storing attachments in the filesystem? Chances are your directory permissions are not correct..

You'll need to login via SSH or ask your host to fix this

Run this inside of your attachments directory
    chmod 777 -R *

Attachments are not stored in the filesystem by default, its a change you need to manually make.

Go to AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Storage Type

        What does it say

Attachments are currently being stored in the filesystem at /home/texasatv/vbattachments

Hmm, when using the ftp I cannot find that directory to change it to 777?
