Prevent an Admin from Deleting Messages

How do I prevent an administrator from being able to delete other users' threads/posts? Is there a toggle switch in permissions, somewhere?

Background info: I want my co-admin to be able to move threads/posts to a private forum, instead of deleting them. The purpose is to keep an archive history of all removed messages. He's agreeable to moving instead of deleting, but accidents can happen. So I'm hoping to disable the "delete others threads/posts" permission for him (and for me too).

I am sorry, you can't do this. Admins have full moderation privileges. It would take pretty extensive code changes to change this.
