Adsense Code Placement Question

Hello,

I would like to have adsense appear at the top of every page in my forum. I was able to get it to appear at the top of the main page by following this thread (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...se+top+of+page) but not any others. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Add it to the header template, where the   tag is.

Thats fine, but that code will only show on the index.

Remove
<if condition="THIS_SCRIPT == 'index'">

and </if>
