Classifieds upgrade...

I need to integrate a classifeds ads to my site.

Some of the features Im looking for would be:

+ Be able to let some users post all what they want (paid subscriptions)
+ Be able to "moderate" posts for certain users who will only pay for their add
+ Option of fill the blank instead of a big text box for the posts, so they can answer questions like Year, model, color, price, miles, etc

Any help will be appreciated,
