Just type in what you did so other's would know how to do it.

Styles & Templates > Style Manager ---> Choose the forums you want to edit (if you just have one default, click the default)

Scroll down to Table Border and locate the box that's labeled "Extra CSS Attributes." By default, it already defines border size and color. Just change the hexidecimal color code (ex. white would be #FFFFFF) to whichever solid cover you'd like.
