    Promotions , Usergroups

    I added a new usergroup
then added a promotion if members have lets says 1000 posts and 20000 reputation and been registered for a day they move to this usergroup.

is this usergroup supposed to be under Custom Usergroups or Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups for this to happen.
cause im pretty sure i did it all right and nothing happened.

i have the promotion setup as:

    Usergroup: Registered Users
    Greater or Equal To
Promotion Strategy: Posts and Reputation and Date
    Promotion Type: Primary Usergroup
Move User to Usergroup: (the usergroup I created)*

if im doing something wrong and if someone can tell me the proper way thank you.

      Should be Custom Usergroup.

It's not broken as far as I know. What are your exact settings? Is the Promotion task running?
