Is there a way to upload .php files via ACP?

I'm at work and not able to FTP to external sites. Is there a way within vBulletin where I can upload files to my host? I know you can upload .xml files for hacks and such via the ACP, but is there any way I can do this with .php files?

No. However your host might have some form to do this.
