When Editing Templates.....

when I edit the postbitlegacy and added something, it doesnt have borders(boxes) around it anymore
like in this picture:

"Last Online.." doesnt have borders around it
and its also a eXtremepixel.com skin
any ideas why only the default can have borders and if i can fix this ?

You should be able to control borders in the CSS section.
