Problem accessing admin panel

Hi, am getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: globalize() in /hsphere/local/home/dwb27/palimpsest.org.uk/forum/admincp/index.php on line 38

When trying to access my control panel at http://palimpsest.org.uk/forum/admincp/index.php

I have tried uploading a fresh copy of the 3.5 admincp index.php file, but it hasn't worked. Any ideas?

Reupload the original includes/functions_legacy.php file.

have just done this, and I am still getting the same message.

To troubleshoot this, remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
