late night errors

I'm getting some SQL errors late at night. It seems to only happen between the hours of 2am-3am. This started happening only after upgrading from vb3.0.7 to vb3.5.1. The error is the following:

This is almost certainly a server issue, probably related to some cron jobs running during that time. See this post for the possible causes of a lost connection error:
