Edit Usergroup Browsing Options

Still playing around with our VB test forums but have discovers something I cannot get around.

Have imported using impex the old IPB forum which after a bit of mucking around worked a treat (polls etc seamed to work ok as well).

But now after the forum is up and running the existing users cannot see images linked in the forum using the [img] tag, it is only displayed as a html link. As where new registerd users can.

I have not discoverd a way to group edit the browsing options of the user group to fix this problem, as all the existing users have Display Images set to NO. I can manualy fix this but would involve editing each user, there are other browsing options I would like to change on a user group basis as well.

Any recomendations ?

Also just discoverd a work around using SQL queries, but in the admin CP I get the message "You are not authorized to execute SQL queries"

You can change the permissions for SQL queries in the config.php file.

Arha, thank you Zappsan I should of done a little more reading as the answer was there. Supprised that Browsing options are not editable via the Group manager, maybe something for a future release.
