I didn't add any plogin or any files to the web siteComment

try it reupload all vB php and files in /upload via ftp overwriting existing files and make sure php files are uploaded in ASCII mode:: Always Back Up Forum Database + Attachments BEFORE upgrading !

I Uploaded all vB php and files via ftp overwriting existing files
and I made sure to upload them in ASCII mode
But, still the problem
I found some thing starnge only with my forum.
That after I deleted the cookies and Temporary files by using [tools - Internet Option]
,, Still my forum has a cookies in the Prowser and My user name still login in and I can browse normally as I login in...
... And the other forums for other website , the cookies are deleted and I need to login again
Is there any broblem with my forum cookies and setting ,??Comment

you need to delete cookies with all browser windows closed by manually going to cookie folder on your pc
also if you have software firewall apps try disabling them see if it works:: Always Back Up Forum Database + Attachments BEFORE upgrading !

Doesn't work
I tried one thing, is to Disable Timeout for login to admincp on the setting
and now it is OKComment

by MDawgI have been using Cyberduck, no problems.
Today during a support ticket it was mentioned to me that I should be using an FTP program that uses ASCII mode to upload the vbulletin PhP files....-
