Offer Paid Subscription on Signup

I already have the subscription option integrated into my site, just want to integrate it as described below:


How do i let a new registrant sign up for a paid subscription while they are becoming a member

I want to have 2 links from the home page

1. to sign up as a normal 'FREE' member.

2. to sign up as a 'Paid Subscription' Member.

There is no function to do this. Members can only sign up for subscriptions after they have registered.
