Log Out Issue

I am having Log Out Issues when a Member logs out. When they log out, they must hit the log out twice to actually log out. If you click once, you remained logged in. I have duplicated the issue at our forums and here. Here is the log out address (compared) when log out is clicked one time on both sites.

vbulletin.com log out goes to "/forum/login.php?do=logout&u=118689"

cctvforums (my site) goes to "/forums/login.php?do=logout&logouthash=9c6971bee76362dbef673c7a55c9fc9c

Anyone know the reason for this?

It now does it here, while in a thread. My cookies have been cleared. I tried on 3 computers.

I have to log out 2x to actually log out. This stays after 1st click on log out.

After 2nd click on log out, it has the log in prompt at the top right.

I used a clean install.

Really don't understand this one. When I click "mark all forums read" all is read, but when I click log out, I am not logged out (a second action needs to be taken). Are not these two actions similar?

We could skip showing the navbar on that page.

I took the Nav Bar off that page and encountered the same issue.

Here is what I removed:

Is this correct?
