Different forums for different nations?

Is it possible to set up vbulletin to make different categories visible for different nations on one forum. for example, if a guy from poland signs up on my forum he can choose poland as nation when he register, and he will se a english version of categories and not the ones that are visible for the norwegian users?

the reason i ask this is because im the cl of a community and we're norwegian, but we're going international and for every country outside norway we want the to only see the international part of the forum and not the norwegian. i know we can move them in groups and such, but it would be much easier if it could be automatic in some ways cuz we're expecting alot of signups..

How are you planning to implement this?
Will there be users coming from different domains?
One possibility is to use public usergroups to grant users access to specific forums. Users can then select automatically which usergroups they want to sign up to.

is there any possibility to have this chosen when they sign up? like they chose a country and they will be placed in different usergroups automatic?

The "automatic" part you request will require modifying the code, which could probably be done with a Plugin. More info at vBulletin.org.
