I have problems with HTML Markup too.
I entered the code for Administrator, works perfectly.
Then, changed the color but the same code (the main body remains the same) and it is not working. And i just noticed that Mods, Super Mods are not primary users for me either.

Was there ever a solution to this? I am experiencing the same problem with a secondary usergroup.

The custom usergroups have the "Public Group Settings" but the default usergroups do not.
