Logging out

Some of my members get logged out after like 2 mins of being inactive
This is not a problem for me but for a lot of them it is,any ideas why?

Also my smilies on the right are not clickable for me but they are everywhere else

Adjust the Cookie timeout in 'Cookies and HTTP Header Options'.

Have them check the 'Remember me' box when logging in.
