style change on gender choice

Hi just wondering how i would do this
1) got a style for the females
2)got gender hack
3)when a member selects female as gender it auto change there style to the female style,same for n vica versa

I am sure that is possible with either a file hack or plugin, but the implementation would depend on how the gender hack is implemented. For help with this I recommend you ask the hack author or post on www.vbulletin.org.
