Only one posted image appears?

Im sure there must be a setting somewhere, but when a user starts a thread, he can post an image. All other [img]images[/img] from other users who try post one dont show up, just a blank?

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Allow [IMG] Code -> Yes

and in user CP > edit option... >show images - yes

It seems that I can not post images from other profiles.. looks like some kind of usergroup issue...
