Restrict different styles to different users or groups?

Is it possible to restrict one usergroup to the default style while allowing another group a choice of installed styles?

We are making some changes and I'd like to keep registered users on the default style (with no choice) but allow admins and moderators the choice to change between installed styles so they can asses the changes.

I cant see a way of doing this though?

You could hide the Style Chooser from Registered users with a Conditional.
