Some Menus in Admin Panel not showing

Hello,

I am having the following problem. I changed a member of my board to the Admin Usergroup. The member has no problem logging into the admin control panel. However, not all the expandable menus are shown, he can only see Imports, Announcements, Moderation, Stats and Logs.

Anyone seen a similar problem and know the fix?
