I do not have a default post Icon and I dont really want to, but I would like my users to select a post icon when they make a post. It looks akward that some posts have blank icon spots. Any help with this?

There is no such option in the current version, and I know of no easy way to add it.
You can probably do this using javascript. For a complete solution you would also want to add a file hack or plugin to verify this in the PHP code. For help with this I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org. -
