Avatar Size and Upload

Hi Vb support,

I have been reading some articles on here about Avatars, and I take it that they can be any size (within reason) and Vb will resize to suit? So uploading 100x100pixel avatars is okay?

Also, can I just upload them into the avatars folder or do I have to use the admin control panel?

You set the avatar size in the Usergroup permissions. These are only resized if your server has GD or ImageMagick installed.
