How do I remove the thread info box?

I think I am asking it the right way here. I ugess I can explain it a little better.

I'm going to link you to a page at our forums so you can see what I am talking about first.

This is a general Chit Chat area we call the Karma Cafe'.

If you open the link you will see at the Very top is our Header.
Under the header is another box which contains the forum name and thread tabs.
Under that is another box, in it is information on the thread. On the one in our thread it says
Karma Cafe' A place to kick back. Pics, pipes and other general chit chat.
I want to remove that box. So, how do I go about doing this?

I believe it's in the Admin CP > Vbulletin Options > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > Enable Forum Description
So Cal Sportbike forum - So Cal Moto - Kawasaki Ninja 250R Forum - Custom vinyl decals - Southern California camping forum

Well Bro I tried that and it removed the information from the front page but it was still there where I spoke of earlier.

Do you know what the name of that little bar is?

That's the Forum Description, you have the option to either display it or turn it off in the Nav Bar, assuming that you want to turn off the box that says "Karma Cafe' A place to kick back. Pics, pipes and other general chit chat. " This is in Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) and it is not the same as Show Forum Descriptions in Forum Listings in Forum Listings Display Options.
