    It cant be too many connections because its a test board and Im the only traffic. Worked fine last night, woke up this morning and its broken.

    Fresh install, 3.5.1

    Anybody else getting this?

    And magically it just started working again.

    My guess is MySQL crash perhaps?

    I logged into the cpanel on the server, it looked like the user information for MySQL was gone, then 10min later it was there again, so I checked the board and its up.

    Anybody else have this experience? How often does it happen?

      The server has maxed out the number of MySQL connections it allows. You can try turning persistent connections off in your config.php:

      $config['MasterServer']['usepconnect'] = 0;

      But if you still have problems after that, all you can do is ask your host to raise the maximum number of connections they allow.
