Do you want to show rep power or the number of rep points?

The image you have attached shows the Rep Power of a user.

    To enable this Go:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Thread Display Options (Show Thread) -> then choose the show reputation power from the post elements.

If you want to display the Rep Points, then I think (though am happy to be corrected) need to add a custom phrase and edit your postbit or postbit legacy template.
